The Italian cooking course "I 4 Amici", is held in the kitchen of one of the best restaurants in Florence. It boasts a wide range of delicious seafood dishes, hand-made pasta, and can also cover traditional meat dishes as well as pizza and bread making. Since this course is flexible, thanks to the high professionalism of the chefs, its program is suitable for both beginners and professional cooks, who wish to specialize in Italian cuisine.

This course is a very practical one: participants prepare dishes studied together with the chefs. The course is scheduled from 15:30 to 18:30, with a dinner at the end of the lesson. The aim of this cooking course is to introduce you to the complex world of Italian food and wines (you will learn to know, appreciate and enjoy them). Very competent chefs will train you, sharing aspects of authentic Italian gastronomic culture, and together you will prepare the recipes studied. Lessons involve the preparation of an entire menu; from antipasti (appetizers) to dolci (desserts). At the end of each session, after having prepared the recipes, you will sit down at the restaurant and dine on your own creations, accompanied by the most suitable wines.
This cooking course will take place in Florence, Italy. Galilei Institute is located downtown, in the university area and in the same block as the academy, where Michelangelos David is shown.
