If your passion is cooking and discovering new recipes and foods, you have to try this gastronomic experience. During this holiday, you will be able to prepare and taste delicious authentic recipes from traditional Spanish culture, all while staying in one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Seville! You will also get to experience the very best of this ancient town's culture by visiting local markets as well as tasting tapas, wines, and more!
During this holiday, you will be staying at a four-star hotel, located in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz in the heart of Seville, the cradle of millenary Seville. Its privileged location next to La Catedral, La Giralda, and the most famous monuments and leisure and shopping areas will make you enjoy the city as never before. A classic and distinguished hotel in the center of Seville, with all the possible comforts and that is differentiated by the affection that its professionals put in serving the client.
Starting at 12:00 p.m., you can check in at the reception, where you will receive a briefing with the schedule of activities, holiday orientation, and extra information.
In the evening, at 5:00 p.m., you will meet the host and chef Ana López, with whom you will enjoy your first cooking class. You will prepare two traditional Spanish dishes. After the cooking class, you will taste your creations on a terrace with gorgeous views, shall the weather allow it.
At the cooking classes, you will have your own workplace and work area, which includes tools and stoves only for you. This is not a conventional cooking class, where you need to watch an instructor and take notes. In these classes, you will prepare yourself the delicious traditional Spanish recipes.
This day, you will enjoy a guided visit to the popular Barrio de Santa Cruz, where you will discover the typical narrow streets, the old stately houses, the patios with flowers, and the gorgeous fountains.
For lunch, you will have a tapas tour in Barrio de Santa Cruz, which is very well-known for its delicious gastronomy and superb wines. You will find a wide range of tapas to choose from. This tapas tour will give you a real taste of the best of Seville and its local gastronomy.
After lunch, you will have leisure time until the start of your next cooking class. In the afternoon, at 5:00 p.m., you will have your next cooking class and dinner.
This morning, at 10:00 a.m., you will be taken for a guided market tour in Seville. You will visit the oldest and the newest markets in the city, having a stop to enjoy a drink. You will buy some fresh ingredients to prepare the dishes for your last cooking class.
In the afternoon, at 12:00 p.m., you will take the cooking class where you will learn how to prepare typical paella in an authentic paella pan. After the cooking class, you will enjoy your creations for lunch. You will have some leisure time in Seville to make some shopping or visit the city afterwards.
At 8:30 p.m., you will set a meeting point in a nice restaurant to have a farewell dinner in Seville. After that, if you want, you can to attend a flamenco show in Triana.

In those travels, she met many interesting people and discovered recipes from different cultures. Combining her business and language skills with her cooking passion, Ana decided to share the recipes of her childhood with the rest of the world. So she created her own business, Fresh Cooking Spain, a cooking workshop in the historic center of Seville, which offers incredible gastronomic experiences.
All the dishes you will prepare during this holiday are based on Spanish tradition and will be prepared with local products. After your cooking classes, you will have time to enjoy the delicious meals you prepared.
Additional to your cooking classes, you will take a tapas tour in Seville, which will help you discover the city and taste some local cuisine. To begin your days in Seville with energy and enthusiasm, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast every morning. An incredible farewell dinner, with typical Andalusian dishes, will be offered on your last night.

Take the A-4 or E-5 roads. All access to highways and main roads is from the SE-30 ring road around Seville, which has numerous points of access into the city center.

There are two bus and coach stations in the city. The main one is in the Plaza de Armas, with numerous daily national and international services. The Prado de San Sebastián bus station operates scheduled regional services.
When going from the airport to the city center, visitors can opt for a taxi or take a special bus service, connecting the Plaza de Armas in the center of the city with the airport and stopping off at places such as the Santa Justa train and AVE station. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes. A one-way ticket costs 4 EUR and a return ticket 6 EUR.
Seville has been served by the high-speed train, better known as AVE, since 1992. These trains offer some 20 daily services in each direction, between Seville and Madrid, with a maximum journey time of around 2 hours and 30 minutes. The AVE also connects with Barcelona by way of Zaragoza in around 5 hours and 30 minutes, and with Valencia in a little less than 4 hours.
Santa Justa Station is located on Avenida de Kansas City, just a few minutes walk from the historic city center. Seville is also served by other long-distance railway lines. There are also regional services connecting Seville with the other provincial capitals in Andalusia and numerous towns and villages.
Renfe Spain Pass allows non-residents to travel around Spain by train. This system is very practical, as it can be used on all AVE long-distance and mid-distance high-speed trains. The Renfe Spain Pass is valid for one month from the first trip and comes in two formats: business club and tourist. It can be purchased up to six months in advance and is available for 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 journeys.
