Foragers Field Kitchen dining room and cooking school is a contemporary, stylish on-site facility positioned near to the chalets offering a specialized culinary travel experience that connects guests to the enriching qualities of nourishing, delicious food in a contemporary country setting. This two-day workshop covers the many and varied techniques of bread making using various raising methods and ours. Demonstration classes are for a maximum of 25 people and include printed recipes, apron, afternoon teas and lunches and generous tastings of the dishes presented and an accompanying beverage.
