There will be one daily live cooking class for 24 days. If you miss any class, no problem. Full videos will be sent to you by email so you may download and watch later. There will be a total of 24 videos with immune-boosting healthy recipes.
Every day, you will learn 2 healthy dishes, a total of 48 immune-boosting recipes for the entire course. The recipes will be light and healthy so it can also help you lose weight. During the live sessions, you can interact with other guests as well. Once the course is done, Sandy will provide free full support for 12 months, where all your emails will be replied within 48 hours.
The live cooking classes will be conducted from Monday to Saturday for 4 weeks (24 days) from 17:00 - 18:00 (GMT+4).
