Chef Sandy, author of two bestsellers “A Feast of Mauritius“ and “Un Chef a la Maison" invites you to discover these authentic Mauritian, Chinese, and Indian Cuisine Course live from Mauritius. As working from home is your new norm, Chef Sandy has created three express cooking classes for you to enjoy a great time with your family and friends. These fun and informative cooking classes are also interactive, you’ll get hands-on experience and learn step by step with Chef Sandy on how to prepare and cook a full meal of 3 dishes at each session, exotic Mauritian, Chinese, and Indian dishes, a real explosion of aromas, colors, and taste at each bite.
Chef Sandy will send you, in advance, the list of ingredients and equipment in order to facilitate your preparations and cook these delicious feasts. Just follow her easy instructions, ask questions, stop, ask more questions just like you would if you were in her kitchen.
Classes will start from 5 p.m. and end at 6p.m. Mauritius time (GMT+4). Participants may attend one class per week or all classes one after another.
