Fattoria di Statiano is a small family-run business in Tuscany. In their 90 hectares grown organically, they produce wine and host tours in their farmhouse.
Tina is one of the owners of Statiano. She has been running Statiano together with her husband from 2001. She has always been living in Tuscany and has learned to cook since she was a small girl, together with her mum, who added to each traditional dish a story of her past. Now, she is a sommelier, following various courses of making pasta, of which she is really passionate about.
