Learn to make breads, scones, jams, chutneys, conserves and cordials. Each day you will be using local produce to produce different breads and scones and at the same time preparing and bottling a variety of jams and preserves, several of which you can take home with you at the end of the week. We try to include a selection of breads from around the world but also ensure that the ingredients are available to you when you return home.
