Cooking holiday in Hua Hin

After a leisurely morning begin your cooking class at your luxury beach side hotel at 11:30. After a presentation of Thai ingredients the hotels expert chef will demonstrate how to cook the first dish, after this it is your turn to try and make it yourself, no need to worry though the hotel's expert chef will be there to provide guidance and assistance.

Afterwards,the chef will demonstrate how to cook two further dishes before you prepare them yourself. After you have prepared all 3 dishes it is time to sit down for lunch to enjoy your delicious homemade creations. All guests will be provided with recipe cards of the dishes they created.

Cocktail course in Hua Hin

At around 18:00 begin cocktail mixing class. You will be welcomed by the hotel's beverage manager before beginning preparation of the ingredients you will use in your cocktails. After this under the expert guidance of the hotel's beverage manager you wil learn how to create two different cocktails. Canapes will be served alongside the cocktails and all guests will receive copies of cocktail recipes.

Cycle trip in Hua Hin

This morning we depart the hotel to begin a 2 hour (8 kilometers) cycling tour of Hua Hin city, taking in the cities main attractions.

Hua Hin Railway Station - One of the most famous sightseeing attractions in Hua Hin, the railway station has a long cultural heitage and Royal connections. Builtin the reign of King Rama VI the station is one of Thailand's oldest and widely regarding as one of the countries most beautiful.

Hua Hin Market - The most colourful spot in Hua Hin day and night, the market offers a wide array of food, drinks, memorable souveniers and all kinds of freshly prepared dishes such as hoi thod (mussel pancake/omlette), fresh seafood, indian roti bread and coconut ice cream. Hua Hin market will delight visitors wishing to savour the real taste of Hua Hin

Hua Hin Fishing Pier - The pier, another popular place for tourists to visit is a great place to observe locals fishing and boats coming ni and out of the gulf of Thailand.

After your cycling tour, return to the hotel and rest of day at leisure.
