There will be also time to enjoy and explore on your own. Enjoy Ljubljana's beautiful historic center, contained within a sprawling pedestrian zone that flanks both sides of the willow-lined Ljubljanica River, with animated cafés and restaurants, magnificent Baroque buildings and bridges.

Dinner at the nice restaurant with great food.

Day 2: Vipava valley, Slovenia

Overnight: Brda, Slovenia

Drive to Vipava valley after breakfast to enjoy your first wine tasting of the day. The medieval town of Vipava and its surrounding areas are the focus on the first day of the wine tour in West Slovenia. This charming medieval valley is known for its indigenous grape varieties: Pinela, Zelen and Klarnica that will be on wine menu also during your first wine tasting of the tour.

A privately guided visit to the picturesque stone village of Goče where the charming owner of a well-preserved traditional estate will prepare an unforgettable culinary experience of local food accompanied by wine degustation. While you dine and wine, the splendid view over the valley will make you reluctant to leave.

Dinner and overnight in Goriska Brda wine region.

Day 3: Goriška Brda, Slovenia

Overnight: Brda, Slovenia

Goriška Brda is Slovenia's most famous wine district. Its idyllic landscape, nestled halfway between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, an abundance of beauties, and extreme winemakers are a true wine attraction. The day starts with a relaxing humming, meditation, and pleasure at the BeeKeeping tourist farm in Brda. You will have a tour of beekeeping and taste various products in the apiary for apitherapy. A perfect, healthy beginning of the day!

The day continues to the wine cellar of excellent wines where we will enjoy the harmony of wines accompanied by delicious food prepared by the winemaker and his family. Later in the day, you will do some olive oil tasting and enjoy local delicates. During the day, you will have time to visit the Gonjače lookout tower offering a superb view over the

endless vineyards, cherry orchards, and olive trees. You will also visit Smartno, walled settlement filled with narrow streets and artisan shops selling seasonal local food and crafts.

The dinner with a second wine tasting of the day will be served at another premium Slovenian wine estate. Prepare your taste buds to enjoy the premium Slovenian wines. Sleepover in Brda, an idyllic landscape, nestled halfway between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, with an abundance of beauties, attractions, and experiences.

Day 4: Karst, Slovenia,

Departure after breakfast and making your way towards Karst plateau. Wine tasting of premium wines of the Karst wine region, where the dominant wine varieties are Vitovska, a white wine, and Teran, a red wine. The introduction of Karst wine region will be at the Prosciutto drying facility to taste the fine Karst prosciutto accompanied by dark red indigenous wine Teran, rich with the bivalent iron.

Visiting Štanjel and taking the glimpse into the history, while walking around the picturesque hill village with rows of stone houses. The preserved Štanjel medieval architecture is an excellent example of how people used to protect themselves against the harsh climate, especially the strong bora wind in winter and the lack of water in summer.
