The themes

Together, you will choose the dishes you'll cook at each session depending on your preferences and the time of the year. There are four different themes to choose from according to your tastes:

Tapas

You can learn a selection of tapas to impress your friends and family back at home. You will take Andalusia back with you with this tasty, varied and easy-to-make menu.

Iberian pork

The production of an Iberian pig is deeply rooted in the Mediterranean ecosystem. The Iberian breed is currently one of the few examples of a domesticated breed which has adapted to a pastoral setting where the land is particularly rich in natural resources, in this case, acorns from the holm oak, gall oak, and cork oak. This exceptional meet will be the star in this traditional menu.

Fish and seafood

El Fogón del Duende's privileged location between the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean has enriched their food culture through the centuries with many products and typical dishes. Together, you will cook and taste some of the best examples.

Vegetarian

The mild Mediterranean climate allows the cultivation of various fruits and vegetables for most of the year and El Fogón del Duende's location, surrounded by small vegetable gardens, facilitates the availability of a variety of organic products that El Fogón del Duende incorporates to the traditional dishes that you will cook in this session.

Location

El Fogón del Duende's accommodation is the perfect base for visiting the beautiful white village of Arcos de la Frontera and all the sites in the province, located halfway between Jerez and La Sierra de Grazalema (35 kilometers) and 45 kilometers from the beach. It is a typical Andalusian house in the middle of the countryside, only five kilometers of Arcos de la Frontera, the first village of "Ruta de Los Pueblos Blancos".
