During your culinary vacation, you will stay in the heart of the village of Labro, in the Albergo Diffuso Crispolti, located in a most valuable archaic context. All the facilities have a splendid view of Piediluco Lake and the Holy Valley. The units are connected by a courtyard enclosed by a-thousand-years-old stone walls.
The structure, carefully restored and tastefully furnished, is composed of seven units in the historic center: The Architect house, The Courtyard suite, The Palazzo Crispolti with three standard rooms and a junior suite, The Scalette house, and The Three Doors house.
During this culinary holiday, you will stay in the heart of Italy. Labro is unique for its beautiful location on top of a wooded hill overlooking the stretch of Piediluco Lake, the most beautiful of the center of Italy. Piediluco is located 375 meters above sea level, the village is inhabited by 523 residents. It is located on the banks of the homonymous lake that feeds Marmore Falls, together with the Velino River.
From 2016, Piediluco has been part of the club of the most beautiful towns in Italy. Marmore Falls is set in a large natural park and is among the highest waterfalls in Europe, with a total drop of 165 meters. It is at the end of Valnerina, the long valley carved by the Nera River, where you will practice rafting. Several trails cross the park and you can walk between two viewpoints, both uphill and downhill.
Your holiday includes three breakfasts, three dinners, and one lunch. You will also get the chance to attend a cooking class. What you prepare during the class will be eaten for lunch that day accompanied with wine. During your stay, you will get to try some of these dishes:
Visit wine cellars and oil mills, see how these products are made, and taste them. Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti, Nobile di Montepulciano, Sagrantino di Montefalco, and the Sassicaia of Bolgheri are among the most famous wines in the world.
The extra virgin olive oils from Tuscany and Umbria are unmatched. The tastings are accompanied by typical products, such as Pecorino di Pienza, black truffles black of Norcia, saffron of San Gimignano, lentils from Castelluccio di Norcia, and many others.

Transfer from and to these airports is available upon request. One-way transfer from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) to Rome center costs between 50 and 80 EUR for two to eight persons.
