During your culinary vacation, you will stay in the heart of the village of Labro, in the Albergo Diffuso Crispolti, located in a most valuable archaic context. All the facilities have a splendid view of Piediluco Lake and the Holy Valley. The units are connected by a courtyard enclosed by a-thousand-years-old stone walls.

The structure, carefully restored and tastefully furnished, is composed of seven units in the historic center: The Architect house, The Courtyard suite, The Palazzo Crispolti with three standard rooms and a junior suite, The Scalette house, and The Three Doors house.

Day 1 - Piediluco Lake day

  • 08:00 Appointment with an Eatalytour employee at your accommodation in Rome and departure for Labro
  • 10:00 Arrival at your accommodation in Labro, l'Albergo Diffuso Crispolti
  • 11:30 Free visit, snack, and relax on the shores of Piediluco Lake
  • 16:00 Back to your accommodation
  • 20:00 Dinner at the Boccondivino Restaurant and overnight

Day 2 - Cooking class day

  • 08:00 Breakfast
  • 10:30 Cooking class with a chef, who will prepare with you an appetizer, a first course, a main course, and a dessert that will be consumed at lunch
  • 15:30 Relax in the farmhouse by the fireplace or the pool
  • 20:00 Dinner at a restaurant, relax, and overnight

Day 3 - Rafting day

  • 08:30 Breakfast
  • 09:30 Transfer for Papigno
  • 10:00 Arrival at the Nera River and short rafting lesson
  • 11:30 Rafting on the river; you can raft in the rapids for three kilometers or do soft rafting for one hour in a quieter path
  • 14:30 Visit to Marmore Falls
  • 16:30 Back to the farmhouse and free afternoon
  • 20:00 Dinner at a restaurant, relax, and overnight

Day 4

  • 08:00 Breakfast
  • 10:00 Check-out from your accommodation and transfer to the Riding Torre Orsina, where you will take a horse ride in the beautiful woods
  • 13:00 Lunch at a typical restaurant
  • 15:00 Departure for Rome
  • 17:00 Arrival at your accommodation in Rome

During this culinary holiday, you will stay in the heart of Italy. Labro is unique for its beautiful location on top of a wooded hill overlooking the stretch of Piediluco Lake, the most beautiful of the center of Italy. Piediluco is located 375 meters above sea level, the village is inhabited by 523 residents. It is located on the banks of the homonymous lake that feeds Marmore Falls, together with the Velino River.

From 2016, Piediluco has been part of the club of the most beautiful towns in Italy. Marmore Falls is set in a large natural park and is among the highest waterfalls in Europe, with a total drop of 165 meters. It is at the end of Valnerina, the long valley carved by the Nera River, where you will practice rafting. Several trails cross the park and you can walk between two viewpoints, both uphill and downhill.

The extra virgin olive oils from Tuscany and Umbria are unmatched. The tastings are accompanied by typical products, such as Pecorino di Pienza, black truffles black of Norcia, saffron of San Gimignano, lentils from Castelluccio di Norcia, and many others.

Please book your flight to arrive at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) or Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA).

Transfer from and to these airports is available upon request. One-way transfer from Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO) to Rome center costs between 50 and 80 EUR for two to eight persons. One-way transfer from Rome Ciampino Airport (CIA) to Rome center costs between 45 and 70 EUR for two to eight persons.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 2 days before the arrival date.
