This holiday is your opportunity to relax and enjoy the flavors of Italy through its wine, food, and culture. Enjoy tours through local villages, visit oil mills and taste extra virgin olive oil, try delicious truffles, experience wine tasting sessions, eat sheep cheeses, handmade pasta, and relax in rural Italy and its surrounding lakes and unspoiled nature. Share cooking classes and enjoy your creations, take walks through picturesque alleys, and enjoy the delicious Italian cuisine.
During this holiday, you will stay in a private room at the Il Giovine Bed and Breakfast. The hotel has three elegantly furnished rooms with a private bathroom and shower, bidet, bathrobes, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries.
You can relax in the large lounge with fireplace in winter or in the cool terrace in summer. You can follow short courses of typical local cuisine made with ingredients at together with the hostess and chef Chiara. Pets are allowed on request.

The day will continue coming in a sheep pasture where in a typical old house beside the old fireplace you can eat the handmade pasta with truffles, sheep cheeses, sausages, and many genuine things. It will be a day that you will always remember.
In the fourth day, you will be transferred to the small town of Montefalco, take a short walk to the picturesque alleys of the village, and visit to a local cellar with wine tasting and snack of the local products, cheeses, and meats.The real protagonist of these areas is the Sagrantino wine which is produced from grapes of the same name grape varieties, among the most ancient and valuable of Umbria in its dry and sweet versions.
This holiday includes guided visits through Orvieto, Todi, Montefalco, and Rasiglia. You will also visit an oil mill for a tasting of extra virgin olive oil, a visit to the lake Fonti del Clitunno, the Pettino small village for a truffles search, and a visit to a local cellar with a wine tasting session.

The rafting route in Umbria will be at the Nera River near Piediluco lake. The first stretch is quiet and charming and will bring you to cross the gorge Bevels, where you will stop to bathe and to drink water from a spring that flows from the rock. The second section features fun and not dangerous rapids.
You will be provided with all the equipment consisting of shoes and neoprene wetsuit, water jacket, life jacket, helmet, and of course boat, paddle, and the guide who will accompany you throughout the descent. You will need to bring a pair of slippers, a swimsuit, and a towel. In colder periods it is recommended wearing the suit over a pair of socks and a wool sweater or fleece. This activity is available from March to early November.
