A low hill and close to Campello sul Clitunno, the bed and breakfast Il Giovine has three elegantly furnished rooms with private bathroom with shower, bidet, bathrobes, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries. You can relax in the large lounge with fireplace in winter or in the cool terrace in the summer.

Here, you can follow short courses of typical Umbrian cuisine made with local ingredients, together with the hostess and chef, Chiara. The amenities include centralized warming, living room, linens and towels, coffee machine, and fridge. Pets are allowed on request.

Day 1 - Cooking class day

  • 08:00 Departure from your accommodation in Rome in a luxury car
  • 09:30 Arrival in Campello sul Clitunno and check-in at the bed and breakfast Il Giovine

  • 10:30 Transfer to Spoleto to meet your guide, start tour, and visit the city
  • 13:00 End of the visit and transfer for the oil mill Marfuga for a visit and tasting DOP certified extra virgin olive oil with snacks made of local cheeses and meats
  • 15:00 Back to the bed and breakfast to relax
  • 17:00 Cooking class with Chef Chiara, who will prepare an appetizer, a first course, a main course, and a dessert with you; what you cook will be consumed at dinner
  • 20:00 Dinner and overnight

  • 12:00 Transfer to a local winery for a wine tasting with snacks made of local cheeses and meats; the real protagonist of the area is the Sagrantino DOCG (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin), which is produced from Sagrantino grapes and is among the most ancient and valuable of Umbria in its dry and sweet versions
