    "TripAdvisor needs to list this for Florence activities. The perfect way to see Florence with a local that everyone loves. We booked a market tour with Judy Witts but it is so much more. All the shopkeepers and merchants know her and you can tell there is a mutual respect. Judy helped my wife to but things, gave inside detail about the market and the Italian products and shared a lunch with us on the upper floor of the market. That is a great find. Many restaurants with beautiful food. This was one of the best day walks/tours we have experienced. Judy is priceless resource."

    "Over the years, I have taken 2 classes from Judy Witts in Florence. In the morning, we went to a famous market in central Florence where we tasted and learned so much. She bought whatever foods were fresh that day and the accompanying wines. Then, we went to an apartment near the market for a wonderful cooking class and to eat all the delicious food she taught us to make! I learned more from Judy in those one-day cooking classes than I have in years of trial and error! Love her cookbook too. Judy's tours and teachings are a food adventure!"

    "My kids (13, 18, and 21) and I spent the day with Judy touring the Chianti region. Judy personalized the tour for us. We had an amazing day with a combination of sightseeing, shopping, and eating. Judy has an amazing amount of information, history, and a vast amount of connections all over the area. All of us decided that out of our 3-week trip, our favorite day was thad they spent exploring Florence and the Chianti region. Our only regret was not booking a second day with her! We plan on coming back."

    "Judy was an incredible person to tour with in the Chianti area. She knows a lot of Italian history, fun little hidden treasures of secrets, a lot of people, and she can truly make a life's dream come true for a girl always wanting to travel, sightsee, cook, and eat through Tuscany. She arranged our stay at a farm house on this beautiful property, we went truffle hunting with dogs, took cooking classes, dined in outstanding restaurants, and toured majestic and hidden places, that most tourists would never discover on their own. Judy knowing personally Dario, the famous butcher, made our trip to Panzano so much fun.Judy is very funny, and can make a fantasy trip come to reality. I have followed her on trips to Mexico, California, and Seattle. She is one of my favorite people to follow on social media and she always has the most delicious experience anyone can have which she shares with the world. She is definitely the person you would want on your vacation in Italy!"

    "My first experience with Judy was several years ago when a group from Memphis had rented a villa in Chianti and had heard about Judy from a friend. Four of us took her day class in Florence with a tour of the market to purchase our ingredients, then to the wine shop to learn what wine would go with our creation and then to the bread shop. What a wonderful hands-on learning and tasting experience! All the vendors love Judy and gave us special attention and samples. We bought a truffle. Wow!In our class were people from Japan, Australia, and a food writer and her photographer from Denmark. We loved it. Judy was fantastic as was our finished product. I remember the truffle. Gnocchi in a truffle sauce. I am still dreaming. My second class with Judy was in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico! A week in a wonderful bed and breakfast and classes at a beautiful ranch that grew organic. We toured the markets, great restaurants, we even had a day with lunch at the home of a well-known outsider artist, and made our own niches. It was an unbelievable day.To top it off, a friend and I went with Judy to Mexico City for a week staying at another fabulous bed and breakfast and toured with a well-known foodie there, Ruth Alegria, that was a friend of Judy's. Ruth even took us to a slow food dinner with all the top chefs of Mexico City! Judy is a constant happening. She is one of those special blessings that I cherish. You must join her for an incredible experience."

    "We traveled from Florence to Colle Val dElsa to have a culinary adventure with Judy Witts. Judy took us to the local market for shopping and introduced us to all the local food vendors along with a local shoe merchant whom Barbara was happy to meet. On Fridays, you will find all types of booths. Judy recommended this shop for their quality along with some others as we got to know each other on our way to a pastry shop for a snack and cafe. After chatting about what we had learned in Bologna, we decided to tackle risotto and seafood along with a dessert.Judys personality and cooking style were completely different from our previous class. Her easy going personality made our day with her so much fun. If you are searching for a cooking class in Italy, I think its helpful to know what you want out of it, if you want to watch and get recipes or to actually learn some new skills and learn about the culture of Italy.Judy was very encouraging, never critical, and always willing to share techniques. We made things from her cookbook with variations. Since she was originally from the United States, she knows what we can get and what would be more difficult to find. All in all, it was a wonderful day of shopping, cooking and of course eating!"

    "My wife and I spent a day with Judy and had a fantastic experience. We shopped through a few of the local markets, and put together a menu based on our tastes and based on what was available and fresh. Within an hour, we had shopping bags full of fresh, local meats, cheeses, bread, and vegetables. It's something special to visit local small markets with someone who really understands food. Back to her place, we spent the next couple of hours cooking up a huge meal, risotto, bruschetta, beef, beets, squash, tomatoes, and tiramisu! And plenty of assorted cheeses and prosciutto to nosh on while we cooked.We combined that with a good bottle of Chianti, and then we ate! Judy is a funny, warm, passionate woman who loves to share her passion for food. We learned a lot in just a few hours, and thoroughly enjoyed our time. She also recommended some great places to visit and to eat. Be sure to grab her mobile app as well, it has a ton of information in it. We referred to it a bunch when visiting villages throughout Chianti. Thanks so much Judy. We had a blast!"

    "I just recently returned from an incredible cooking and touring excursion with Judy Witts Francini in the Chianti region of Italy. All the chefs, vendors, and wineries we met welcomed us so warmly. She also shared all of her own expertise with us over and above the call of duty. Our small group was so appreciative of how Judy was so kind, knowledgeable, and giving.Judy made us feel like family and planned our itinerary to the maximum. We enjoyed every moment. All the cooking lessons, food, and wines were fantastic and the tours were exceptional. I miss the gelato. If you are looking for a wonderful experience, look for Divina Cucina. She's the best!     "My son and I spent a week with Judy for her cooking program in Colle Val dElsa. The program consists of three days of hands-on cooking and two days of touring. Judy customizes the experience to what you would like to cook and see. We had an amazing time with her and will always remember this wonderful experience. We shopped with her at the amazing markets in town where she is beloved by all, took the food back to her apartment and cooked and cooked and ate and ate! Amazing food and fun.Judy is smart and creative; incredibly patient and knowledgeable about all things Tuscan. Our touring days were enhanced by her driver, Mirco, who is always in the right place at the right time with his immaculate Mercedes van. We felt like royalty. I can't say enough about how wonderful this experience was for me and my son who is learning to cook. A perfect experience."
