This was the best cooking class I've ever taken. The food we prepared was delicious and easy to make, the market tour was fascinating and full of historical details, and the day changed how I understand Mexican cuisine. My mother and I took the class together, and we loved Kris's style of teaching and how knowledgeable she is about food, San Miguel, and Mexican culture. The best part was that I can really imagine making these recipes again. I hope to take other courses in the future.

Kris Rudolph was incredible and her knowledge of Mexico's cuisine was amazing and the history of the country and her wonderful shared anecdotes were priceless. Her hands on cooking approach was just what I wanted, I actually learned how to prepare a great Mexican meal for my friends.Her home and authentic kitchen were perfect and memorable.
