Mamma Agata prepares meals with the love and respect that it commands. She has been cooking most of her life; since her teenage years in the nearby summer villa of a wealthy American woman, who had entertained many illustrious personalities in the 50's and 60's. They called her "Baby Agata" since she was so young but dedicated to her craft.
In the last 14 years, Gennaro has joined in the kitchen and cooks side-by-side with Mamma Agata every day. They both share a huge passion for cooking from a very young age and they both spent their years as young adults working in the culinary field. They share their passion for food and wine with their guests. Gennaro is not only a great cook but also a profesional certified sommelier and a member of AIS (International Sommelier Association),which is the official Italian organisation that recognizes highly acclaimed sommeliers throughout Italy.
Young, creative and effusively enthusiastic about food, Chef David gave up a career as a commercial pilot to peruse his culinary passions. David honed his cooking skills training in Maastricht, Netherlands, where he developed the gourmet flair to match his creative instincts. David then moved with his family to Andalusia, his father’s homeland, where he grows fresh organic produce and edible flowers for the use in his gourmet creations. With a deep knowledge of traditional Andalusian cuisine, David adds a modern twist to the many unique dishes he creates for his guests.
