Day 1 - Hanoi street food tour, cooking class

  • Arriving in Hanoi, your tour guide will pick you up from the airport with a comfortable air-conditioned car and transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi for check-in.

Day 2 - Halong Bay

  • After breakfast, you will take a 3 hours and 30 minutes drive to Halong Bay, one of the great natural beauties of the world and a UNESCO world heritage site.
  • Upon arrival, the boat crew will welcome you and transfer you to the junk for check-in.
  • Next, enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board.
  • After lunch, you will join some activities to discover the beauty of the bay such as visiting a cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner. In the evening, you can join night fishing with locals.

Day 3 - Halong Bay, Hanoi

  • In the morning, your breakfast will be served while floating on the sea and you can explore the beauty of Halong Bay before disembarking.

Day 4 - Hue

  • After breakfast, you will go on a tour around Hue.
  • Your local guide will take you on a dragon boat and you will start visiting Thien Mu Pagoda and the Tomb of Tu Duc King.
  • At noon, you will have a delicious lunch in the city center.
  • After a short rest, you will continue visiting the Royal Citadel and the Royal Arena before reaching the bustling Dong Ba market.
  • Get back to the hotel for check-in and free time.

Day 5 - Hoi An

  • Say goodbye to Hue, as you will be driven in a private car to Hoi An.
  • On the way, you will stop at Lang Co Beach, Cham Museum, and Marble Mountain for sightseeing.
  • Arriving in Hoi An, you will chek-in at your hotel and have a short rest after the trip. Don't hesitate to ask your guide for some restaurant suggestions for lunch.
  • Later on, spend the remaining of your day wandering along the streets and discovering this ancient town.
  • You will visit the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, and the local fish market.

Day 6 - Cooking class

  • Depart early from your hotel to meet chef Duc at Hoi Ans market at 08:00 to meet the vendors who supply some of the finest and freshest ingredients in Vietnam and to choose some of the ingredients that will be used in the day's lesson.
  • Following the class, sit down to enjoy your creations.
  • The afternoon is free to relax on the beach or browse for souvenirs in Hoi An's art galleries and silk shops.

Day 7 - Ho Chi Minh City

  • Have breakfast and transfer to Da Nang International Airport (DAD) for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, your guide will meet you at the airport and take you to a hotel in the city center for check-in and lunch.
  • In the afternoon, you will visit some popular attractions including the Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum, and Reunification Palace.
  • Meal plan: breakfast and lunch.

Day 8 - Mekong Delta

  • Today, you will depart to the Mekong Delta for a one-day trip.
  • Upon arrival in My Tho, you will enjoy a boat cruise along the river and take a short walk to a handicraft workshop where products are made from coconut trees.
  • Moreover, you will have an exciting experience riding a horse-drawn cart, a traditional vehicle of the locals, to visit a local house and taste a cup of tea together with home grown fruits.
  • You will cruise by a sampan along small canals in the Mekong Delta.
  • After lunch, you will visit a family-run business making coconut candy before returning to My Tho and traveling back to Ho Chi Minh City.
  • On the way back, you will stop for visiting Vinh Trang Pagoda if time allows.

Day 9 - Cu Chi tunnels, departure

  • After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel and head to the Cu Chi tunnels, an underground tunnel network built by Vietnamese soldiers during their struggle for independence.
  • Arriving at Cu Chi, you will spend time exploring the maze of tunnels including the secret cellar-door, the museum of self-made weapons, the shooting range, and the garment-factory ammunition to deeply understand how the Vietnamese soldiers were able to survive in this tiny underground network.
  • Then, you will be driven back to Saigon. Your private car and guide will be at your disposal to enjoy some free time for last purchases or to simply relax before your transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) for onward flight.
