Wine tours in Lebanon

Wine is second only to food in Lebanon where there is a history of viticulture dating back more than 6,000 years. Oenophiles will be treated with visits and tastings at four of Lebanons finest wineries in the two distinct regions of the Bekaa Valley, and the northern Batroun circuit. The soil and climate of the Southern Bekaa Valley is particularly well suited to viticulture and has produced many award winning vintages, while the wineries in the emerging Batroun region have demonstrated they can grow excellent wine grapes and have added diversity to the terrior.
