    My wife and I spent the day of July, 5 at the Uzes market and cooking with Chef Eric. The day was amazing! As a fellow trained chef, this wasn't about cooking for me, this was about learning the local French theories of farm to table, food supply differences, and conversations about great wine. We learned quite a lot that day and were extremely impressed with Chef Eric and grateful for the time. It certainly goes without saying that the meal was fantastic as well and it was fun to cook with Chef. Thanks Chef.

    What a wonderful week in Uzes! Our chef, Eric taught us many new techniques as well as many ideas for meals at home. His patient engaging manner set the scene in the kitchen and his knowledge of the local produce was invaluable during the market visits. Yetunde always kept us entertained throughout the week. They were amazing hosts! So many great experiences made us feel like special guests in a wonderful part of the world.

    We arrived in Uzes for the weeklong course with high expectations which were not only met but exceeded. Eric is not only a great chef, but also a great teacher. His unlimited enthusiasm, patience and his focus on making the experience outstanding for everyone is outstanding. He adapts the program to meet guests requests and easily handles varied levels of cooking skills while everyone shares the many culinary achievements along the way.

    The week long program is thoughtfully put together by chef Eric and his wife and business partner Yetunde who ensure a a variety of experiences including market visits, a horse drawn wagon taking you on a great picnic, visits to a winery and in our case a fascinating visit to a monastery, dinner at a great local restaurant, a wine and cheese pairing and a fantastic party which included a gypsy band to kick things along. we stayed in a beautiful comfortable large house with the other guests, another wonderful experience.

    What we cooked, how it was explained, the tricks we learnt, the wine we drank, the people we met, the great accommodation and the joy this little part of France made this a great week. We thoroughly recommend it.
