"Absolutely amazing stay. We could not have asked for more friendly staff and accommodating services. Aside from the facilities at the hotel the staff were more than willing to assist us with shopping, activities, and transportation."

"A truly excellent hotel that sees us return year after year... The rooms are divine and the staff very friendly. The art installations in the lobby are breathtaking - it's a truly beautiful hotel which is so close to the airport. The bougie across the road has loads of shops and little restaurants as well all accessed by walking. Nothing beats the vista when you walk out at breakfast. The spa is stunning. I have travelled here with my husband - it is perfect and romantic. I have travelled with family and it always hits the right vibe! Tip: do not order cocktails by the pool area they just can't make them properly unless it is Fabio the best man at the hotel!"

"It seems like the Conrad service has slipped since our last stay. Pool boy was useless, newspapers never arrived when we kept asking! It is still a great hotel, just wish the new staff is trained to a higher standard as it lets the others down!"

"Amazing Hotel. The best we have ever stayed in and we shall definitely be returning. The hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean in all areas, service is excellent, and the food at the hotel is first class and the best we have ever had at a hotel. Pool staff and restaurant staff couldn't do enough for you, big thanks to Filippa and her team in Lauro restaurant and Ricardo at the pool. Best breakfast and food we have ever had at a hotel and service."

"I can not speak highly enough of this hotel, from the kind and attentive staff to the delicious food at the Louro restaurant to the spa facilitates and the gym. I went with my partner and we fell in love with this hotel. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile and the stunning white marble dcor. This is a new money hotel but very glamorous, the ornate bedrooms make you feel like you never want to leave. The food though, amazing! Make sure if you are on half board that you make a reservation in the evening as it can get very busy from people staying at the hotel and from outside visitors. There are two pool areas catering for everybodys needs but the cocktails are around 10 euros but you get what you pay for and we have no complaints and wish to stay at this hotel in the very near future."

"If you are looking for comfort and luxury served with exemplary service then look no further! This hotel is, as the title states truly amazing. We had a deluxe pool view room which was very spacious and provided wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. All the staff should be highly commended for the level of service they provide and so friendly! We ate in both Louro and Gusto restaurants. What a sensational experience I had on my birthday in Gusto. Thank you for making it such a special occasion. Not to mention the food - we had the tasting menu with matching wines. Something everyone should experience if they are able to. Can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to visit again. Congratulations and well done the Conrad is all I can say!"

"With my wife and daughter, we were lucky to spend our 10-day Christmas holidays at the Conrad Algarve. It was the first time we went to Portugal. We reached the hotel by car from Lisbon airport, the weather was beautiful along the way, and it took us three hours. The hotel was easy to find, it is on the south of Portugal, close to the seaside. The hotel is a very big building, with a nice white architecture slightly inspired by Arabic style, at the end of a large private road. It is part of the Conrad brand of Hilton hotels, their luxury and stylish family of properties. On our arrival, our luggage was offloaded and the car taken to the parking by a valet. The check-in process was relaxed and fast, and we were escorted to our room. The hotel kindly gave us a room upgrade in a spacious and nicely decorated junior suite with, and the extra bed for our daughter was already installed, and a delicious welcome amenity was waiting for us in the room. The bathroom, all in dark marble was very spacious, fitted with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet area and a big bathtub. There was more than enough space and closets for our clothes and our three empty luggage. One of the closets includes a mini bar with plenty of choices, a Nespresso coffee maker with a choice of capsules both regular and decaffeinated replenished daily. The room had a large terrace with comfortable seating and a nice view, accessible through a full size sliding window. The bed was a real king size one, extremely comfortable, with very high quality linens and plenty of pillows. As we arrived on the December 24, we enjoyed the Christmas eve set dinner in the main restaurant; it was a delicious set menu, the service was perfect, and the staff had a lot of care for our satisfaction; despite there were many guests, the ambience was relaxed and it did not look crowded at all. Next day, we went to our first breakfast in the same restaurant, the captain took care of assigning a table near the buffet area. I was recovering from a broken leg and had to use crutches; all along our stay, the staff had the same attention and kindness. The breakfast choice is very wide, with high quality food nicely arranged and always replenished, homemade bread and pastries, fresh orange juice, exotic fruit including mango, papaya, and delicious pineapple. I can easily say that this was the best breakfast in my long quality hotel experience. Of course service was perfect, and from the second day, we didn't even have to order our hot drinks, and all the staff was calling us by our name. Such details have a strong impact on me. During our stay, we enjoyed dining in the same restaurant, or at the bar and once we ordered room service: all experiences were perfect. On Tuesdays, the hotel has a Fado dinner, where they serve Portuguese tapas and a Fado band performs; we liked it very much. Since we had a car (which I recommend 100%), we could travel in the nearby cities; we liked Faro (and had great fish at the Nautic Club), we also explored the beautiful region and beaches. As a conclusion, we really enjoyed our relaxing holiday, the hotel experience was flawless, the staff so nice and professional, the luxury, the beauty and comfort, really everything was just perfect and flawless, we had many nice surprises in our room and special attentions, going much beyond our expectation in all fashions. With my family we were sad to leave and are looking forward to staying again at the Conrad Algarve."

"I spent a week at the Conrad Algarve in December outside of the busy peak season to relax and treat myself after busy year. I spent the week in one the beautiful suite and the experience was flawless from start to finish. This is truly a five star hotel that ticks every single box. The suite was absolutely beautiful, every single member of the staff that I dealt with during my trip was extremely helpful and polite, and the room service menu options offered a large variety of choices whenever I wanted to relax in my suite and treat myself to nice food without leaving the room. I will be back as the experience was fantastic."

"This is a top class, 5-star hotel, but what really makes it luxurious is the incredible service; the very friendly and helpful without sacrificing professionalism and respect. We stayed for a week and took advantage of everything from the spa to the limousine service, concierge service to book T-times at the golf courses. Excellent breakfast buffet with both international fare and local organic specialties as well as the best cappuccino outside of Italy and Vienna. The rooms are spacious and fulfill all needs and more. The comfortable beds, pillows and linen ensure a deep, comfortable sleep. The hotel is huge and the entrance alley is rather ostentatious, but my initial disfavor disappeared immediately due to the professional, competent, and friendly staff."
