Private Culinary Vacation for Couples in Italy

Stefano Corvucci, CEO of the Culinary Institute of Bologna will be your private chef and host during this tour. He will take you to the famous markets of Florence, Bologna, and Venice. Later that evening, he'll cook for you or with you showcasing the flavors of each region. While in the regions, the chef will also take you to his favorite delectable restaurants and of course, wine tasting. This culinary tour is every foodie's dream!

Program

Itinerary

You’ll begin your trip in Florence dining with the chef at a traditional trattoria. The next day together you’ll visit the San Lorenzo Market and choose the ingredients for your evening meal. Chef Stefano will cook for you or with you if you prefer.

The following day, the chef will drive you to Bologna where you’ll visit the Mercato Delle Erbe. After you check in to your hotel, you will be hosted for a wine tasting of regional wines while the chef prepares your meal.

It’s then on to Venice with a visit to San Marco square and an evening meal with the chef. By now, you’ll understand the regional differences in Italian cuisine. The fabulous Rialto market awaits the next morning where you will have to make the difficult choice of what to have for dinner.
