The Hotel Valentino is a four-star hotel, completely remodeled in 2005 and located on the very central Via Mazzini. The edifice is a historic building designed by the internationally famous rationalist architect Mario Ridolfi. From the Hotel Valentino you can easily reach all principal businesses and city institutions on foot, as well as visit the historic centre and its monuments, thanks to its strategic position (close to the train and coach stations and to roads leading in and out of the city). The Marmore Waterfalls are only 6 km away, and there is a shuttle bus station which links to them only 100 m from the hotel.

Chef Academy is the best place where to attend Professional Culinary Courses, we are located in Terni, Umbria region in the middle of italy. The course location is right in the historical center of Terni, Umbria. It is 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Terni is only 50 minutes from Rome by train and 45 minutes from S. Egidio Airport in Perugia

The area surrounding Terni is rich in woods and mountains, hills and olive groves, nature reserves charming castles, guard towers and ancient villages. You can see wide areas of flat valleys alternate with quite high woody mountains and the wonderful Marmores Falls.

Umbria region is on the top of Culinary and Winery area in Italy. In Umbria you can see the oldest traditional oil presses in Italy, or the ancient winery producing the famed Sangrantino di Montefalco DOCG wine. Chianti area and Tuscany is 1 hour and half far from the Chef Academy.
