Course information

The lessons will be managed around your needs or skill sets in the kitchen. You will manage 1-2 recipes within the two-hour period depending on the difficulty, alternatives in preparation, health benefits of ingredients, time management in the kitchen, Q and A, and relaxed and fun learning.

Daily program

Session 1

An easy soda bread, no kneading, and ready within 40 minutes
A tasty soup, made with fresh ingredients - French onion or a broccoli and almond or an easy tomato and basil

Session 2

A roasted vegetable side dish with maple, herbs, and nuts
A rice, lentil, and onion ancient dish that marriages perfectly with the roasted veg

Session 3

5 grain crackers
Hummus
Crème caramel

Nikki was born in Melbourne, Australia and has always had a passion for food, wine, and rustic architecture. After her stint at Hotel and Catering College, she left for Europe in search of a new dream. Nikki has run training and cooking courses the last 15 years and promotes a relaxed atmosphere where she will build your confidence and knowledge through learning fundamental culinary techniques. She likes to achieve the right balance between hard work in the kitchen and enjoyment with food creativity. She prides herself on delivering a high-quality service to all her guests.
