Testimonials

  • Review by a traveler from Hampton Hill, UK

"Our family of three had a great time here. The trips and adventures we took part in were fantastic. We were made to feel welcome and well looked after. Definitely recommend it to those wanting more than beach holidays. Be ready to get involved and throw yourself into the activities."

"Best place I've ever stayed. My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the tree houses and were blown away by the room and service. Each morning we woke to the birds chirping. We went during the rainy season so it rained each night but the sounds just made it romantic. Dinner was always fun and we got to meet a lot of new people."

  • Review by a traveller from Albama, USA

"We took a family trip here right before Christmas and it was great except that the rainy season continued longer than usual. Even so, the resort was very well maintained and the activities were fun for a family with 2 young-adult children. Sometimes 20-somethings are hard to entertain, but there were plenty of adventures here to keep us all busy. The water levels on the river were high due to heavy rains, so we missed out on the cave tubing and other river adventures. We did the black hole drop and the zip lining/zoo tour. Both were fun and adventurous. The food at the resort was great at every meal with lots of options!"

"Spent 3 nights at Caves Branch on an all inclusive package with 2 excursions and added a third on our last day as we did not want to skip cave tubing, it had rained the other days and it was cancelled. There were plenty of other excursions to fill out time. This was by far one of the most unique family vacations we have ever taken. The location exotic, the food was diverse and delicious, the staff was overly accommodating, and the excursions were adventurous and engaging. We stayed in a river bungalow one night and in the canopies for 2 nights. Very comfortable and unique experience. Loved there was no WiFi, the kids were a little surprised, but we all were delighted with the outcome of making new friends and spending truly uninterrupted family time together. Recommend this for the adventurous families and couples."
