Casara Way offers a beautiful villa accommodation on a large, beach-facing property next to a plantation of seasonal vegetables, including potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, carrot, pepper, corn, beet, lettuce, tomatoes, and fruits such as watermelon, melon, and strawberries, among others. The retreat's center nearby wild beach, Zahora, does not usually fill up with tourists, which makes of this place one of the last surviving secrets of Spain.
Casara Way has five rural cottages, just fifty meters away from the beach. You will have private access to Zahora Beach by walking a short track that passes by an area with beautiful horses, chickens, and turkeys. The venue has a calm and friendly atmosphere with a total of five tastefully decorated and self-contained cottages and shared spaces in the beautiful garden, which will make you go home feeling totally rejuvenated.

This 80-squared meter space is a tower that was built in the 1970s, and which has been renovated and turned into a three-story house. Today, this cottage is a place decorated with objects from trips to Asia, as well as it features a collection of masks from Thailand, Indonesia, Myanmar, Tibet, India, Nepal, and China.

The beach walk will take place in Zahora, a beach with wonderful sunsets. The most spectacular aspects of this beach are the huge reef that shows at low tide and the enormous lagoon that appears when the water is shallow. The sunsets and the scenery create one of the most breathtaking sights of all southern Spain.
This walk will take place in the rolling hills of the countryside, which will provide you with fantastic views from ancient drovers' roads and cattle tracks. You will walk to the ancient hermitage of San Ambrosio, which dates back to Roman times. You will also visit the El Palomar de la Brena, the largest dovecote in the world.
The forest walk will take place at La Breña y Marismas del Barbate Natural Park, the second largest coastal reserve in Andalusia. Its shore is lined by towering cliffs, which are home to teeming colonies of herring gulls and egrets.

Sara started practicing yoga in Bali in 2012, where she saw the benefits of Hatha yoga and the restorative qualities of Yin yoga and now holds a teacher’s training certificate from Akshi Yogashala, a Yoga Alliance USA-certified course.
João was born and raised in Portugal but started discovering the world at a very young age. He has practiced many sports, but it was 10 years ago when he started surfing in Angola that he found his true passion. While travelling in India, he was introduced to the practice of yoga and realized that surf and yoga are practices that complement each other. At Casara Way, he helps promoting the development of the body and soul in deeply meditative practices that provide infinite benefits.
Carol studied Feng Shui, mandalas, practiced different styles of meditation, and took several spiritual workshops, until she discovered Ashtanga yoga, her real passion. Since 2007, she has not stopped practicing and learning this style. In 2010 she started teaching and late that year she traveled to India to learn from the source. Additionally, She has been taking workshops to learn more about Ashtanga, yoga anatomy, and yoga philosophy.Her purpose is to teach with love and humility and pass along her knowledge and experience obtained by great teachers.
Anwella is a meditation teacher from the Australian Yoga Academy in Melbourne, a nutrition health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, and a Spanish cuisine certified expert from Le Cordon Bleu who has a true passion for food. She practices a selection of meditation and stress management techniques, modalities that show how to use the mind more effectively, escape the shackles of anxiety and stress, and to function with more ease and confidence. With her teachings, she wants to reduce the current epidemic of depression and anxiety disorders and assist others.
