In the fabulously equipped kitchen guests can take part in different types of evenings or our cooking parties. Those who want to broaden their knowledge of local cooking and homemade pasta can book an afternoon or a morning, to try their hand at making our famous fresh pasta and of course, at preparing Bolognese dauce, and discovering all our grandmothers tricks and secrets. Italian lesson: The course will be held by an experienced and highly qualified teacher and consists of 2 hours of lessons a day from Monday to Friday. There is also the opportunity of doing up to 7 hours a day of Italian language & culture with your teacher, adding lunch, cookery lessons and various other activities in the surrounding area.

Japanese cooking: The professional staff of Japanese chefs who work at Casa Ilaria will teach you how to make different Japanese dishes, from the most typical ones like sushi and tempura, to lesser known ones like nabe and nanbanzuke.

Theme cooking: A team of chefs with great experience both in Italian and international restaurants has put together both creative and elaborate recipes, so that it will be easier for you to replicate the dishes to amaze your friends!

Driving directions from n7 (Fiera) to Casa Ilaria

  • When you come from the local highway (tangenziale), you reach exit n7 (Fiera) and go towards the city center (you are running Via Stalingrado).
  • Go straight, pass a bridge over railways and you see a kind of ancient big door of the city walls.
  • Continue straight and you are in Via Mascarella. When you arrive at the light, turn right in Via Irnerio and then the third on the left, via Alessandrini.
  • Go straight in via Oberdan and turn left in via Marsala. Go on until the end, turn left in via Zamboni and left again in Largo Respighi.
  • To reach the parking, pass the front door of Casa Ilaria, turn left in via Belle Arti, then left again in vicolo Facchini.
  • At the end of this narrow street, you will see Casa Ilaria gate.
