Stayed here for five days, went to the south end of the island for the rest of our stay - we wished we were at Cap Maison for longer, didn't want to leave. The pictures will not do this place justice, the whole atmosphere, from the staff to the lodgings were all top notch and can only be experienced. My girlfriend and I stayed in a villa, 2 minutes away from the beach. Snorkeling and other water sports are available and The Naked Fisherman has really good food and cocktails. They even offer some local, spiced rum - the rocket fuel - that other high-end resorts simply do not entertain. If I has to find something negative - it would be really hard - but the bathrooms were very wet / humid after a shower. The rooms were cleaned several times through out the day so by the time we returned all was spick and span. Prices for room service or minibar / snacks were very reasonable. The villas themselves were really nice - much more than we bargained for. The breakfast was probably the best I've had - hard to decide between eaten on our balcony or on the cliff. Had dinner on the rock in the Cliff one evening - better than the pics, a special experience. All-in-all, we had a relaxing and rejuvenating time. We will definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful relaxing break at cap maison during the easter holidays. This is the second time i have stayed at cap after enjoying the hotel, location and island two years ago. Must recommend the rooftop terraces with plunge pools and striking views over the sea looking out to pigeon island. Thanks to dunstan and deeshay for making the beach run like clockwork- amazing beach that is idyllic, especially first thing in the morning- lots to do- hobies, snorkelling, kayaking- all set in a caribbean cove! The naked fisherman restaurant has a delicious menu (recommend the roti) as has the main restaurant cliff at cap- fine dining restaurant on the edge of a cliff, waves crashing over the rocks. Housekeeping and organisation top notch- staff always ready to help and are genuinely friendly. Dey the housekeeping manager very happy to help with requests, etc. All in all a once in a lifetime traditional and luxury caribbean getaway- watch the videos on the website for a good feel- you won't be dissapointed! Stayed April 2015, travelled with friends

Cap Maison is a wonderful luxury boutique hotel located on the Cliffside of the beautiful Smugglers Cove Beach in St. Lucias Cap Estate. It will most definitely be my preferred choice for my discerning clients. The staff here are brilliant and cant do enough for you. If you are a foodie you will love it, both The Cliff at Cap and The Naked Fisherman restaurants have the most amazing food! I would highly recommend doing a wine tasting session in the hotels very own wine cellar. Rooms are all great and the attention to detail is obvious. Id recommend one of the ocean view villas. Cap Maison is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. It is in an idyllic location which is extremely private and sophisticated; it has its own charm, character and elegance!

I am a travel agent who had not been to St. Lucia in years and decided it was time to re-visit. I stayed at 5 hotels in 11 days and did site inspections at 4 others. Cap Maison is truly the finest property on that side of the island; there is nothing that matches it. I had the privilege of staying in an Ocean View Villa Suite with Jacuzzi. The title does not begin to describe the huge 3-story accommodation. When you enter the first floor there is powder room then the hallway leads you to a state-of-the-art full kitchen with a dining room table that can easily fit 6 to 8 people. The living room is complete with plantation shutters and wide screen television and the decor is old world Caribbean with modern amenities. The second floor has the bedroom with a four poster canopy bed that opens to this very large and private veranda with a Jacuzzi. The third floor is the sun deck with an amazing view complete with wet bar and the most comfortable furniture. If you are traveling with a group this unit would be the perfect hospitality villa for entertaining. Additionally, the staff treats you like royalty and the bonus is their sunset cruise. During my stay the air conditioning went out which could happen anywhere and I had to move temporarily to another unit. Jasmine Kouly, the evening duty manager totally took it upon herself to do everything possible to secure my comfort. She brought me the most delicious brownies you can imagine and a personalized card that the words brought tears of joy the evening prior to my departure. I have stayed in many 5-star properties but Cap Maison will forever remain in my mind as one of the best. The grounds and restaurant settings are picture-perfect. I felt like a Princess.

This hotel had a customized feel to it, with an intimate setting. It was very relaxing and quiet. The staff was very accommodating. We had an issue with our room when we checked in (not quiet- located across from check in, entrance to property, close to private road). The next day they moved us to a much nicer room with a spectacular view. The sunset views were spectacular. Much quieter. The crowd here is a sophisticated bunch. The private yacht tour was excellent-a must to do if staying here. The Cliff Restaurant and Naked Fisherman (located at property) had gourmet food with small portion sizes that was very delicious! The bartender at the Cliff Restaurant made very delicious Mango Rum drinks! The hotel is close to Rodney Bay that has many dining options and shops. The bed was extremely comfortable. There are mosquitos here, so make sure you get mosquito netting for your bed and bring repellant for your stay on this island. The beach was nice but small, had to walk down many steps to get to it.The steps were a little exhausting but worth it-to eat at The Naked Fisherman. Overall, a great place to stay if you are looking for a boutique style hotel with sophisticated people, beautiful sunsets, and gourmet food.

Lovely rustic feel and amazing view from the rooms. The cliff has astonishing views. Beautiful. Personally for me the rooms are quite basic, could be slightly more luxurious for the price. Just a little dates and bed creaky. We had lots of ants in the room and a leak hole in ceiling but this was following a severe storm, so was out of the staffs control. Felt sorry for them. Lovely location, it's just a personal opinion that I prefer a more modern style. Very authentic though.

From the moment that we arrived, until the moment that we left we were treated with the nicest smiles, grins and courtesy. I wish that I could remember everyones names but, Jasper, Kendra, Robbie, Desire, Kesha and all were simply wonderful. The food is to die for and they work with you if you have special requests. Dinner on the rock, dinner in the sand, wine tasting, etc. There are such a variety of romantic activities that this is a must visit place for a romantic getaway.
