Camp Biche is designed to help you lose inches in the most pleasant way possible and to fine-tune your eating and exercising habits so that when you return home, you'll effortlessly incorporate movement and healthy eating into your daily routine. We'll teach you how to cook delicious meals that don't require calorie counting. Well teach you short, equipment-less exercise routines that you can do at home or while you're on the road. Each day starts with an intensive abs reduction class before you embark on a fat-burning three to four hour hike through the gorgeous countryside, accompanied by our cheery, bilingual English and French guides. In addition, there are two hours a day of either, Yoga, Pilates, circuit training, or Zumba.

Camp Biche is located atop of a medieval village, Lauzerte, in the Midi-Pyrenees of southwestern France. Lauzerte has been designated as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Camp Biche is perched snug within the old ramparts of one of the most beautiful villages in France and surrounded by the glorious French countryside of rolling verdant hills, lumbering Blonde d'Aquitaine cows, lush forests, prancing deer, and serenading birds.
From Charles de Gaulle Airport, take the TGV to Montauban
From the Paris Austerlitz Train Station, take the train to Cahors
We can pick you up from either the Montauban or Cahors station with a 24-hr notice. The link for train tickets is SNCF website. Click on the British flag at the bottom of their page for the English version. Note that the TGV train takes as long or longer to arrive as does the "slow" train. If you would prefer that we order your train tickets and mail them to you, we'd be happy to do that for you. Just send us a message by clicking on the Contact Organizer button. You will be charged for the ticket, but we won't add a service charge.
