Join Valli Little in this little known area of France for a week of culinary delights. She will share with you Le Lot's best kept secrets and help you discover the fabulous produce from the terroir. You will get the real taste of France and meet some of the charming locals. Don’t miss to sample magret and foie gras washed down with the famous Malbec wine.
You will stay in a charming country house with pool and extensive gardens.
You will spend a week in Frayssinet-Le-Gélat enjoying daily excursions to the towns and historic sites nearby. There are strings of exciting activities prepared for you. You will experience a fun picnic in a lavender farm, visit local vineyards and the stunning jardins Marqueyssac. You will stroll along local markets with your baskets laden; then, you will head to the kitchen to learn the secrets of French pastry.
Prepare to create a delicious raspberry and lavender mille feuille or twice-cooked duck with spiced orange sauce to name just a couple of the many dishes you will learn to cook with Valli Little.
