You will be cooking with international foodie star Valli Little. Your cooking holiday begins in a private beach house where the sun kisses your skin at sunrise while you enjoy a refreshing walk. You will hop onto the exotic wonder of Marrakech and stay in one of the most romantic riads. Cook with Valli and enjoy her signature recipes such as the chermoula, strawberry and rosewater ice cream cake, and more!

You will enjoy four-star accommodations during this cooking holiday. When you arrive in Morocco, you will first be staying in a beautiful private house right on the beach near the little town of Oualidia. In Marrackech, you will stay at Dar Les Cigognes. It is one of the most romantic riads in Marrakech, with stunning views from the rooftop terrace and located on the edge of the Kasbah.

You will visit the oyster farm to see and taste these beauties, gather fresh seafood as it comes in on the fishing boats, and head home to cook a feast. Then, you will immerse in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech for an exotic wonder as you visit the souks, food markets, and private homes and gardens to enjoy some hidden secrets. Don’t miss when Valli shares her chermoula recipe used to create a very special seafood tagine or teaches you to prepare her strawberry and rosewater ice cream cake, these are just two of the many dishes you will learn to cook and enjoy!
The tour starts in Oualidia. On your arrival day, there will be a welcome dinner for you in the evening.
You will visit the oyster farm and have lunch in Oualidia, followed by a cooking class in the afternoon.
You will drive to Marrakech. In the evening, you will stroll to Djemaa El Fna Square to experience the vibrant night life.
You will enjoy a historical tour followed by a cooking class.
You will go on an excursion to the Atlas Mountains and you will have lunch in a traditional Berber house with stunning views over the peaks of the Atlas range.
You will visit the famed Majorelle Garden, enjoy the company of a private shopper, and then experience cooking class at a private villa.
This is a day at leisure with culinary surprises and farewell dinner.

Valli Little is one of the most familiar faces of food in Australia. She is highly respected for her in-depth knowledge and her talent for recipes that not only look and taste amazing, but are guaranteed to work.
To start the sojourn, you will be staying in a beautiful private house right on the beach on the outskirts of Oualidia, so expect lovely early morning walks as the sun comes up! Then, onto the hustle and bustle of Marrakech for four days of exotic wonder.
Oualidia is a small village on the Atlantic coast, facing a salt water lagoon and beach where ocean and coast merge. Oualidia is just a two and a half hour drive from Marrakech and two hours from Casablanca. It is the ideal place to unwind. The magic of the lagoon and the tides, provide a constantly changing back veil. Poised on the edge of the ocean, in a site of great ecological importance, Oualidia will attract, captivate, energize, and soothe in equal measure.
Founded nearly a thousand years ago, Marrakech is one of the great cities of the Maghreb and home to its most venerated Islamic monument, the Koutoubia mosque. Its spectacular setting against the snow-capped High Atlas Mountains lingers long in the minds of travelers; and the famous Jemaa el-Fna square provides one of the greatest open air spectacles in the world.
Marrakech has become a favorite international destination with shoppers and treasure hunters. It is renowned for its wonderful shops, souks or markets, and its eclectic selection of fine restaurants. Marrakech abounds with things to see and do, including the Bahia Palace, Si Said Museum, the Saadien Tombs, the Jewish cemetery, and a visit to the Jardin Majorelle by horse-drawn carriage is not to be missed.
Marrakech is a great base for day excursions to Essaouria and Oualidia on the Atlantic Coast. You can explore the Ourika valley gently climbing to Setti Fatma where you can lunch on Goat Tajine. Or, visit the High Atlas Mountains to mount a mule, climbing through the beautiful national park to the foot of Mount Toubkal, the highest in the Atlas Range.
Food is what this culinary tour is all about. You will learn Valli's recipes, taste fresh seafood collected from the fishing boats as they hit the harbor, dine in contemporary French restaurants as well as in traditional Moroccan riads. You will also marvel at some culinary surprises along the way.
Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the price. During dinner, a half bottle of wine will be served per guest.
During time at leisure, enjoy a hammam, shop till you drop, sharpen your photography skills, or simply relax!
