Paulo has a master degree in hospitality. Founder of the Paulo Machado Food Research Institute in Campo Grande (MS) and presenter of the TV show "Comitiva de Sabores", he studied and worked in restaurants in Europe and Brazil. He teaches gastronomy classes and has already held Brazilian cooking festivals in more than 15 countries. In 2015, he received the Dólmã Prize of best chef of the kitchen in the national category. Since 2013, Paulo has promoted food safaris to incredible destinations in Brazil and abroad in partnership with Bravo Expeditions.
If the subject is a good food, chef Karla Cruz understands the whole process. She is a cook, food and beverage manager, sommelier and gastronomic consultant. Formed by Senac and the Brazilian association of sommeliers. Like every good chef, she is a local food researcher, and involves local food producers and chefs on activities to promote the regional unique flavors and ancient cooking techniques. In Paraiba, she knows everything that has food involved: from food trucks to the boutique restaurant, she has opened more than 15 restaurants in her state and is pleased to show you all about Sertao
Fabricio Goulart is a chef and food researcher, founder of the startup Feitosa Gourmet, which produces sauces and drinks based on bananas in a sustainable way. With international experience, in Canada, Thailand and the United States, he has worked in one of the best restaurants in the world: DOM of Chef Alex Atala and the project Reffetorio de Massimo Bottura, besides participating in reality shows like The Taste Brasil (4th edition) and in the consulting team of Master Chef Brasil III. Fabricio seeks to bring food producers closer to the cities promoting 0km, fresher and sustainable food.
