Chef, owner of Restaurante Aipim Cozinha de Raiz, Magda accompanies the group throughout the tour, sharing her knowledge and experiences about the Pantanal culture. Born in Campo Grande / MS, research on the native fruit of the cerrado called bocaiúva, where he excels in the full use of the fruit.
Born in Belém, Roberto knows the rituals of Para cuisine like the back of his hand. Graduated in Gastronomy from the University of the Amazon in 2015, he completed his study in the area with a specialization in regional Amazonian cuisine, charcuterie, and bread making. In 2018 he won the title of Gastronomy Ambassador of Pará and in 2019 he participated in a Brazilian gastronomy reality show, “Master of flavor”. He welcomes Food Safari participants to showcase the best of regional cuisine.
