All rooms at Mayacamas are beautiful and luxurious, with 100% organic beds and linens. Each room has a private bathroom and its own temperature control system for your comfort. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers are provided. Shared or private rooms are available. Shared rooms are female-only unless you are signing up with a friend or as part of a couple and sharing the room.


The yoga classes will be a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, linking movements with the breath, moving your body through both Power and Restorative poses. Classes will be theme-based, creative, and balanced, and will incorporate pranayama (breathing), strengthening, stretching, detoxing, energizing, and meditation. You will experience a safe and nurturing practice where the focus is on the connection of movement with the breath, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized. All levels are welcome and encouraged. Options will be provided for everyone.

Yoga Alliance RYT 200 (Yoga)
Sally is an RYT 200-hour yoga teacher, certified massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, ChiRunning and ChiWalking instructor, and integrative nutrition health coach. She began healing and teaching through yoga, natural running and walking techniques, massage, energy healing, and health and wellness coaching. She aims to share with others what has helped her to heal her own body and discover a path of transformation and greater self-awareness. Sally's yoga classes consist of flowing sequences, linking movement with the breath, incorporating both power and restorative poses, pranayama, and meditation for balanced, mindful, and energizing practice.


The retreat will be held at the luxury and secluded Mayacamas Ranch in Sonoma county, surrounded by spectacular 360 degree views.
