Sally Mitchell

Sally is an RYT 200-hour yoga teacher, certified massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, ChiRunning and ChiWalking instructor, and integrative nutrition health coach. She began healing and teaching through yoga, natural running and walking techniques, massage, energy healing, and health and wellness coaching. She aims to share with others what has helped her to heal her own body and discover a path of transformation and greater self-awareness. Sally's yoga classes consist of flowing sequences, linking movement with the breath, incorporating both power and restorative poses, pranayama, and meditation for balanced, mindful, and energizing practice.

"Westerbeke Ranch Yoga Retreat"

The Westerbeke Ranch was beautiful. The food was absolutely amazing. Sally Mitchell was a fantastic yoga teacher.

There were many other great, related activities we participated in. All around, it was a most memorable weekend.

"Weekend Relaxation "

Everything and everyone made this retreat enjoyable and special. The ranch was amazingly nice, the farm fresh food was superb- and quite surprised that we were served so much good food. In addition to that we had a variety of yoga classes (vinyasa style, yin, nidra and a special sound bowls). Throw in a hike or two, wine tasting and a bunch of insightful ladies which made the retreat extra perfect. Lastly Sally Mitchell our instructor was the best.

"Just What I Needed"

The Westerbeke ranch was really special, as well as the group of people that Sally gathered for this event. The yoga was different each class, but at the right level to provide exercise with ease versus aggressive training. The meditations really added to the resetting focus of the weekend. I had a lovely time, and certainly wished for another day.

Spending a week in Costa Rica doing yoga with Sally was the best vacation I didn't know I was getting. Sally's Costa Rica 2018 retreat was life transforming. It is an experience I will never forget! I took this journey alone and left with several friendships, a full heart and journal. The food and retreat center are incredible. Words cannot describe the sense of tranquility felt upon arrival. Sally puts a great deal of thought into the daily teachings and workshops she offers. She has a talent for bringing strangers together and planning down to the smallest detail. This is my third of many retreats with Body Flows.
