Embark on a culinary adventure that will introduce you to the best flavors that Eastern Italy is known for. As you journey through the beautiful hills and wonderful beaches, your guides will take you all across the region's best producers to sample some of their fresh products. During your holiday, you will be staying in a prestige room at a beautiful 4-star hotel in the town of Senigallia. At the hotel, you will be able to admire stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and of the town center with a fortress, arched walkways, and river promenade.
This holidays takes place in the Le Marche region, which is filled with gentle hills, mountains, and the sea. Some of the places you will discover during your visit include the village of Corinaldo, one of the most beautiful and well-preserved towns in all of Italy. The area near Corinaldo is known for having the best extra virgin olive oil in Le Marche. In Ancona, you will be able to admire the Adriatic coast along with many churches, fortresses and an old port hidden by steep roads that climb up the steep hills. The ancient fishing village of Portonovo is one of the most beautiful spots of Monte Conero with gentle hills, luscious greenery, orchards, and wildflowers that reflect in the pristine waters of the sea. Another interesting place you will visit is the town of Castelli di Jesi, known not just for its wine but also high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Its vineyards are set next to an ancient 10th-century castle in this tiny town with just 10 inhabitants.
During this holiday, you will have the chance to discover the authentic eastern Italian cuisine. Along the way, you will taste many specific specialties, such as porchetta, extra virgin olive oil, regional wines, and even truffles. Besides these, you will be dining in the local restaurants where you will discover a wide assortment of regional dishes, some of which you will also learn to cook during your cooking lessons.
