Christy Morgan known as the blissful and fit chef has worked in the natural foods industry since 2002. In the early part of her career, she was a chef for celebrities in Los Angeles and published a cookbook. Her mission is to show that a vegan diet can be delicious, easy, and will bring more energy and bliss into your life. Christy became obsessed with fitness post-30 and is now a NASM certified personal trainer and yoga teacher spreading the message that you can be strong and thrive on a plant-based diet. She has been practicing yoga since 1998 and loves showing proper alignment and strength to her students.
