We had five glorious days of family time at Blackberry last August. For me it was my fourth visit, for my wife Emily her second (her first was our honeymoon in February, 2013), for my son Peter, his wife Andrea, and my granddaughters Zoe and Maddie their first. We stayed in the Farm House. Wonderful food for all, sporting clays for the men, spa treatments for all the girls, Camp Blackberry for the children, horseback riding for them as well, a wagon ride for all, hiking for the young family - I could go on, but will mention only three more things: the magnificent stars on a moonless night, the unfailing friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, and the fun, on our last morning, of reporting the escape of one of the resident llamas to the front desk. Emily and I will be back in April! All of us mourn the loss of Sam Beall, and are holding him and his family, and all the Blackberry community, in our prayers. May he rest in peace, and light perpetual shine upon him.

The cottages and farmhouse are spectacular! The staff at Blackberry anticipate and go beyond in delivering your every need. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The setting in the mountains, the physical property, the food and the spa are incredible.

A wonderful place to relax and be pampered. And the food is incredible as well as the presentation with the best wines - fine dining at its very best. So glad our kids are foodies and knew about Blackberry Farm! I don't think I've ever been anywhere as stunningly beautiful as the property at BBF and of course the Smokey Mountains. We will return for sure some day!

Stayed at Blackberry Farm Aug 25-27. We rented a cottage. This place is unbelievable. The cottages were plush and appeared to be either newly renovated or in like new condition. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very spacious with new Koler fixtures. The cottages were very clean, private, and quiet. Housekeeping was excellent and we had to ask for no extras. The refrigerator was stocked with drinks and ice cream bars. All items included in the price except for alcohol. The meals were the best quality I have ever eaten at any facility anywhere in the world. You get a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks are available any time throughout the the day at multiple locations on the property. The staff was very courteous and went out of their way to serve. We had 3 spa services and they were all very good. The spa is a new facility. There is a full workout area inside the spa complex and outdoor pool. There are 3-4 miles of paved walking trails. If you fly fish, there is a stream on property. I could see numerous large trout in the clear stream. They have horseback riding, skeet shooting, and tennis on site. You can rent a golf cart for your stay to drive on the grounds, all paved trails.Blackberry Farm is located just 25 miles from the Cade's Cove Loop and 35 miles from Gatlinburg. This place is pricey, but you feel like you get your money's worth. Again, the food is the best I've had at a resort anywhere in the world. What a great anniversary, birthday, or other special occasion destination!

My husband and I stayed at Blackberry Farm for a long weekend in December 2013. We had a weekend of rain and fog. Yet that didn't dampen our stay. We enjoyed a beautiful Beer Tasting and still strolled around the pond. The next day we had the most amazing wine tasting's to date. Not only fabulous wines but the wine cellar was a site to behold. As we came out of the wine tasting Little Big Town was in the middle of their sound check in preparation for their performance later that evening to a small audience of around 140.That was a night to remember. The next day was topped of by fabulous massages. Of course every meal was spectacular and the wine pairing unbeatable. We have already booked our return trip and hope to make it an annual tradition. Treat yourself to a stay at Blackberry Farm.
