Parthvi a chef with no degree and has been in hospitality and travel trade since 2011. Her love for cooking and serving people led her to discover unique authentic recipes of her grandmothers. She has been cooking professionally since the last six years and holding cooking demos at her homestay and elsewhere on invitations. Her motto is to teach or display a recipe which is practically possible for everybody to cook. Pathvi believes in simple cooking but the authentic way and no shortcuts of course.
