He loves to live surrounded by the beautiful Chianti countryside, and spend time in the kitchen and with good people, with this experience he can join the two things. Now, Tomy lives in the same property as the classes, after four years in London where he enlarged his practice and knowledge by working in very nice Italian restaurants. He would like to meet people who have the passion for food and for the beauty of Tuscany.
Cami have a real passion for food, she likes quality food from all over the world, but she is best at Italian menu, Ligurian style mixed with the Tuscan traditions. Cami really love Italian culinary culture and it will be a pleasure to prepare delicious menu with participants, with the fresh ingredients from the territory. Cami come from a beach town called Sestri Levante which is not so far from Il Gelsomino. She lived in London for the past five years.
Gloria grew up in a family with extravagant culinary influences. Her grandma made the pastry, grandpa is an inventor in the kitchen, along with both parents being excellent at cooking fires. Since her childhood, she was passionate about cooking and love cooking for her family and friends.
Matteo is passionate about making bread, pizza, and dessert, especially Italian ice cream (gelato), and Granda's cake (Torta della Nonna). Born in Florence, since he was young, he always handled his family wood oven, cooking typical Tuscan dishes and homemade bread, pizza, and focaccia. After years of practice, he discovered the perfect dough and would like to share his knowledge with others. Matteo is passionate about history and literature, and knows by heart all the works of Dante, the great Florentine poet.
