Program

Vegetable cuisine and cooking

People are increasingly aware of global warming, animal suffering, and the possibilities of eating differently. To do this, everyone is all trying to reduce their consumption of animal parts in their diet by increasing their consumption of plant products. Vegetable cuisine offers great perspectives. But how to cook vegetables, how to introduce proteins, and how to make this new way of eating a taste journey, and thus discover new flavors and textures?

Vegetable cooking engages the cooks of today and tomorrow. Are you ready to take on this new culinary challenge? This is what Barge Amboise is offering you during this stay.

Their cook will accompany you throughout your stay to introduce you, make you taste, and train and teach you how to concoct a magnificent vegetable cuisine. During your apprenticeship, the cook will teach you how to cook without animal products, creating creative cuisine - cuisine rich in flavor. In this concept, priority will be given to cereals, legumes, soybeans and seitan, seeds, fruits and vegetables, oilseeds, vegetable milk, etc.

During this holiday, you will stay aboard an elegant barge with all mod cons, which remains moored at the quay all year round (no navigation). Your stay will be a calm and zen one!
