People are increasingly aware of global warming, animal suffering, and the possibilities of eating differently. To do this, everyone is all trying to reduce their consumption of animal parts in their diet by increasing their consumption of plant products. Vegetable cuisine offers great perspectives. But how to cook vegetables, how to introduce proteins, and how to make this new way of eating a taste journey, and thus discover new flavors and textures?
Vegetable cooking engages the cooks of today and tomorrow. Are you ready to take on this new culinary challenge? This is what Barge Amboise is offering you during this stay.

During your apprenticeship, the cook will teach you how to cook without animal products, creating creative cuisine - cuisine rich in flavor. In this concept, priority will be given to cereals, legumes, soybeans and seitan, seeds, fruits and vegetables, oilseeds, vegetable milk, etc.

For Coraline, the crush with yoga happened in the United States, in San Francisco, it was there that she started to train on a regular basis. At the end of her studies, Coraline leaves the professional path and the post which was dedicated to her in real estate, and decides to leave to graduate in India, training 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa and 300-hour Vinyasa Flow. Coraline then trained in Fly Yoga in Paris with Florie Ravinet, in Hormones Yoga in Switzerland (Zurich) with Dinah Rodriguez, near David Swenson (40-hour Ashtanga), Masterji MS Vishwanath (Ashtanga), and more.
