During this course, you will be accommodated in a basic private room with a private bathroom, air conditioner, hot water, and bed.


Thai Chef School’s Pastry & Bakery training course, workshops, and private classes provide the fundamental training needed to enhance one’s skills in French pastry, cake making and decorating chocolates, and bread making.

Study 5 full-time weeks and learn the basics of pastry and bakery arts:

  • Classic cakes, pies, desserts
  • Modern pastry techniques
  • Bread, dough, and pizza crust making
  • Working with chocolates
  • Cake decoration using both chocolate and buttercream

You will have pastry training (module 1) in the first three weeks and bakery training (module 2) in the next two weeks. This training will be 100% hands-on, including traditional kneading, whipping, folding, mixing, glazing, piping, and much more. Learn the art of creating exquisite pastries and baked goods, from traditional bread making to pastry showpieces and be prepared to open your own bakery or pastry shop. Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy teaches full days, not half days, so you can learn quickly what you want to know.
