Slave Demirovski has over 40 years of experience, being as Chef in renowned restaurants and hotels. The longest time he has spent abroad in Germany and cruise ships. Upon returning in Macedonia he has worked in hotels, ending up eventually in Berovo. His specialities are traditional Macedonian flavours, as well as his passion for sea food and Mediterranean cuisine.
