We really enjoyed our stay in Auberge Du Vin, the mountains views from our room during the day were spectacular and the wood burning fireplace in our room at night and dining exquisite gourmet cuisine at the Epic restaurant.
The property is far from the noise of the roads, sorrounded by vineyards.
The bed was amazing and the service was superb. We spent a week in the property visiting vineyards, trying out incredible gourmet restaurants and visiting estancia La Alejandra where we horseback ride next to the Andes.
The front desk organized all our reservations.
We will definitely come back.
Make sure that you rent a car that will be good on dirt roads.
Definitely add the breakfast package to your stay. There is a safe in the room. The shower water pressure was amazing
Excellent crew staff food wine hotel bedrooms are huge climatizied clean with small kitchen and an incredible view of the mountains. Los Andes just by your side. We intend to come back during summer to see the vines, grapes just at your front door. We Love it!

Our stay at the Auberge Du Vin was one we will never forget. Nestled among acres of grape vines it is a quiet and relaxing getaway. The hotel is beautifully designed with extra large rooms/baths and cozy gathering areas. It has a beautiful pool and upper deck area for lounging. The staff was amazing and tended to our every need. Chef Gaston prepared incredible meals including a special tasting menu that included some of the best dishes we have ever had. We were lucky enough to be there during the harvest time and were able to participate in harvesting and stomping our own grapes right on the property! What a great and memorable experience that was! There are a lot of wineries close by to enjoy tastings and food should you decide to venture out. Highly recommend this place if you want to escape into some beautiful scenery and relaxation. Looking forward to our next visit here in Heaven!
I can't say enough how much I loved my time at Auberge Du Vin. It is far away and in a secluded location. There is a beautiful vineyard right on the property which we went on with a bicycle. The restaurant called Epic was so amazing. I have been to 3-star Michelin Restaurants and I would definitely give it a full 3-stars. I was there for my birthday and the tasting menu we had was out of this world. The lovely pool was fun to enjoy. Our room was huge and I love the layout of the room with a huge bathroom. I love this place so much.

Everything was just perfect, accommodation, setting, hosts, food, wine; it simply could not be faulted.

A third return visit to enjoy being thoroughly spoilt by Linda and Chris. Expertly chauffeured, beautiful surroundings, delightful food, exciting outings, cheery company and top end wine tuition. Already planning next year's trip.

I was one of a group of six from Hertfordshire Wine School on a wine tasting holiday at the Auberge du Vin in May 2014. We had a wonderful time learning about the area's wines and tasting some fabulous examples from Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Rasteau, Beaumes-de-Venise and other Rhone appellations. We were very well looked after by Linda and Chris (and a cat called Muscat) in their lovely, spacious accommodation.
