In this package, you will take the time to discover the culture, enjoy traditional dishes, and visit "The Descending Dragon" - Ha Long Bay. You will stay for two nights in a three-star hotel in Hanoi and one night on a cruise on Ha Long Bay.


Day 1: Hanoi arrival

Arrival in Vietnam. The driver and car pick you up at the airport, then transfer you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of day is at your own time at leisure. You can explore some tourist attraction here. The first destination is the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. It is dedicated to Confucius (Khong Tu) and honors Vietnam’s finest scholars.

After that, you can go to Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. The lake is considered the center of Hanoi, not only physically but also symbolically. In fact, the more you spend time learning about the lake, the more special it becomes. The temple is dedicated to General Tran Hung Dao (who defeated the Mongols in the 13th century), La To (patron saint of physicians), and the scholar Van Xuong. Overnight in hotel.

Day 2: Bai Đinh - Trang An

  • 07:30 - 08:30 Pick up at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter and then depart to Ninh Binh. On the way, take a short break.
  • 10:30 Arrival in Buddha Sanctuary Place of Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest one in Vietnam with 500 Arhan statues. You can see the biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight. The tour guide also gives you an introduction to the beliefs and religions in Vietnam.
  • 12:30 Have lunch in a local restaurant with some special dishes such as goat meat, pork storage vessel...
  • 13:30 Relax on a boat trip through Trang An's spectacular network of caves, archways, and grottoes, including Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, and Sinh Cave. Alternate between darkness and light as you experience stunning views of the mainland's answer to Ha Long Bay.
  • 16:00 Get back to the bus and then return to Hanoi.
  • 18:30 Back in Hanoi, you get dropped off at your address. Tour ends.
  • Breakfast and lunch are included today.

Day 3: Hanoi - Ha Long - Sung Sot Cave

  • 07:30 - 08:30 The bus and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel, depart to Ha Long. It takes about 3.5 hours. Have a break en-route in Hai Duong City to free your legs.
  • 12:15 - 12:30 Board the Ha Long Dragon Gold.
  • 13.00 Savor lunch on board while the cruise heads to the center of Ha Long Bay.
  • 15:00 Explore Sung Sot Cave, the most largest and beautiful ịn Ha Long with incredible stalactites and stalagmites.
  • Visit Titop Island for swimming, hiking, and taking some photos when going to the top of the island with a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay.
  • Enjoy sunset party on the cruise with served local wine, fruits, cakes.
  • Attend a cooking class to learn how to make Vietnamese traditional dishes and make spring rolls by yourself.
  • Entertainment and overnight on the cruise.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included today.

Day 4: Ha Long - Hanoi - Transfer to airport

  • 07:30 - 08:00 Have breakfast on the cruise.
  • A bus will take you to a pearl farm to see the real product and understand the procedure of pearl making in Ha Long Bay.
  • 12:00 Have lunch on the cruise and check out of cabin.
  • 13:30 Say goodbye to Ha Long Bay then return to Hanoi. Have a rest en-route again to free your legs.
  • 17:30 Get dropped off at 7 Hang Chieu Street. The driver will pick you up and transfer to the airport for flight back home.
  • Breakfast and lunch are included today.

Included excursions

Some meals are included as indicated on the itinerary. You will have some food tastings during one lunch and one dinner to taste Vietnamese specialties in local restaurants. If you have any request about your food, please inform Asia Pacific Travel before departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 14% of the total price.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.

Children from 10 and above are charged as an adult. Children from ages 5-9 are charged 75% of the adult price. Children under 5 are free of charge. Two adults only share with one child. The second child will be charged 75% of the adult price.
