Pastry Chefs are always in demand in the catering industry from working at a top restaurant or hotel, a catering business, or patisserie. Whilst this course incorporates the necessary theory required, this is a practical course and the majority of your time will be spent in the kitchen. You will be taught the relevant theory to understand the underlying science and technique, plus you will benefit from regular masterclass demonstrations in our cookery theatre.
