Join Aram Raffy and Saba Rahbar in Ibiza for a yoga and holistic food holiday. The retreat will be held in a traditional 200-year-old Spanish finca with luscious views of rolling hills and the wonderful sound of Ibizan birdsong. You will practice, eat, and sleep along with this natural environment and widen your knowledge by visiting some nearby places to explore the lifestyle of native people.
The maximum participants in the group is 15.
During the retreat, Aram. Yoga offers some types of accommodation for you to stay. You can choose glamping in outdoor bell tents with twin-based occupancy and outdoor showers and compost bathroom, rooms with one double and one single bed with shared bathroom, or twin beds with shared bathroom. A room having twin beds and ensuite bathroom or a room including master bedroom with two twins and a balcony are also wonderful options.
The daily yoga practice will take place on a shaded terrace overlooking the stunning San Vicente Valley, while the cookery workshops will be held in a traditional farmhouse kitchen, using locally sourced ingredients. After a nutritious brunch, you can relax by the pool, or if you are feeling adventurous, you could sample one of the several walking trails nearby. There is also a beach close by, just a five-minute drive away or a 20-minute walk.
Everyday, you will join a 90-minute Dynamic Vinyasa practice in the mornings and Restorative yoga and meditation sessions in the evenings. You will also take part in two holistic cookery workshops during the retreat.
Aram has traveled the world studying and teaching yoga. As a native of London, he currently teaches packed out classes at some of the city's top yoga studios to people from literally all walks of life. His classes are dynamic, challenging, and all-inclusive. His nature is generous, encouraging, and he seeks to help all his students to harness their deeper potential.
Saba Rahbar is a holistic chef, certified in plant-based nutrition. Her discovery of plant-based foods started four years ago after she became ill and embarked on a powerful journey to health and wellness. Her holistic view on nutrition takes into consideration the mind, body, soul connection and looks at food from a much broader perspective. In addition to regularly working as a chef on some of Europe’s best wellness retreats, she runs fun and informative cooking workshops has a product line of healthy snacks and have also co-authored a book.
This retreat will take place in Ibiza, Spain.
Delicious and nutritious daily brunch, healthy treats, snacks, and dinner except for one night that you go to eat out at a local restaurant are included in the prices. They are made using locally sourced organic produce, 100 percent plant based, refined sugar free, and gluten free. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let Aram. Yoga know when you book.
There is a wide range of extra treatments and activities available from trips to local artisan markets, massages in the villa to stand up paddle board classes which can be booked at an extra cost.
Please book your flight to arrive at Ibiza Airport (IBZ). There are daily direct flights on Easyjet, British Airways, and Ryanair from London as well as Iberia and Vueling flights from Madrid and Barcelona. Transfers by minibus or taxi can be arranged at an extra cost or Aram. Yoga also recommends hiring a car for ease of exploring the surrounding area.
