We spent a wonderful six days with Annie to celebrate my BIG Birthday. We learned so much about Moroccan food taking back recipes which are useable here at home. We've also been educated in and converted to the ways of sherry which is not, at all, the old lady drink we thought! We stayed in the Africa suite at the Califa which was fantastic - a real treat. Vejer is beautiful with wonderful tapas in which Annie educated us. Annie herself is a star making sure we all learned whilst having a hoot! What an amazing experience - I'd recommend it to anyone with a love of life, food and fun!

Vejer is a delight, packed with innovative restaurants and bars, Annie is passionate about her subject, especially Sherry in its various forms, tuna in all its parts, and all the wonderful fresh produce. The week was balanced between hands-on classes, visits to markets, bodegas, demonstrations, restaurant visits and a little free time to explore on our own. I would highly recommend Annie B's Spain for all levels of cookery skills. Always something new to learn and experience.
