Head Chef Matthew Conroy’s love of cooking started at the age of 17. His drive to discover as many different food influences as possible has seen him working in five star European restaurants, as well as many years within local restaurants. Along the way, Matt has earned himself quite a following. His influences range from Scandinavia to Spain, and more recently to the Asian influence of Thailand.
