You will be accommodated in double rooms or dorm-style rooms. The double rooms can either be private or shared, and two types are available in the hostel - rooftop terrace or the sea view kind. The Berber rooms, that come in either bunk beds or dorm style, are all hand-built and can house between four to five people. There's free Wi-Fi, and the use of house towels is included during your stay. You can also use the facilities of the hostel, like common areas, books, and board games.
Taghazout first became famous for its fish, and then the surfing came along. We will combine the two as chef Tim Spedding’s happens to love both. This week will consist of a euphoric cycle of eating, sleeping, and surfing. You will start each day with a famous and delicious Berber breakfast banquet. You will also have a total of four surf lessons, with free equipment rental included. There will be a guided trip in the local souks to source the freshest ingredients for chef Tim's masterpieces.
Start the day the right was with Amanyour Surf's delicious berber banquet breakfast on the terrace checking out the waves for the day. After heading out to hit the surf its time for some lunch in the village or opt for street food at the souk where you will be sourcing your nightly delights. Watch Chef Tim demo his skills and eat like a king with a nightly feast whilst listen to the waves before starting all over again - in the true spirit of eat-sleep-surf-repeat!

Tim is a top London chef who loves fish and surfing. He has worked at Michelin-star restaurants namely The Ledbury and The Clove Club. He is now doing a residency at P Franco.
Mhand is a surf coach with over seven years of teaching experience. He founded Amayour Surf with Shiraz Ksaiba.
This retreat will take place in the Amayour Surf Hostel in Taghazout, Morocco. This hostel is a boutique home on the south coast of Morocco, just 10 seconds from the world class surf break Panorama Point. Enjoy its views with unique and impressive panoramic vista from Anchor Point right across the bay, all the way to Devils’ Rock. Taghazout is a small fishing village in southwest Morocco, so expect to see and smell the ocean's natural fragrance everywhere, even up to your plate.
You have a daily Berber breakfast banquet and dinner meals included in the price of this retreat. Breakfast will be cooked in Amayour Surf's kitchen, and is typically composed of berber omellete, pancakes, freshly-baked bread, amalou, confitures, mint tea, coffee, and freshly-squeezed juice. Your dinners will be prepared by chef Tim Spedding by using the freshest local ingredients, mainly fish.
For your lunches, you can self cater, or the Amayour Surf can cater for you. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. In line with alcoholic beverages, Taghazout is a dry town but with notice before 4 to 5 p.m., the hostel can provide alcohol for you at an additional cost. Agadir is the nearest large town where alcohol is available in bars and restaurants and in the shops.

Amayour Surf can help you book spa and massage services at an additional cost. You can either get a scrub at the hammam or opt for reviving and relaxing massages in the mountains.
Please book your flight to arrive at Agadir-Al Massira Airport (AGA), Essaouira-Mogador Airport (ESU), or Marrakesh Menara Airport (RAK). Transfer from and to these airports is included. Amayour Surf will pick you up from the airport.
You can take a taxi from the aforementioned airports. If you do, you will most probably be dropped off at the square, and Amayour Surf is located just behind that. Find Anchor Point surf shop on the square as they can assist in bringing you right to the hostel's front door.
