Your host for all Greek cooking as well as all local sightseeing excursions and activities at Odyssey Centre is Katerina Sakelliou. Katerina is passionate about cooking and is interested and knowledgeable in the historical roots of traditional Greek cuisine. Katerina specializes in both traditional and modern Greek cooking. Katerina’s skills have become very sought after and when she is not giving lessons in Poros or preparing and supervising the meals at Odyssey Bistro in Askeli, she also provides lessons in Greek cooking throughout other parts of Europe.
Jane has many years of experience in traditional and modern Scottish cooking. In addition to providing the cooking input during vacation, Jane continues to provide culinary and catering services to adventure groups during their vacations in Scotland. Jane's passions are firmly rooted in the Scottish countryside where she spends her time visiting remote locations and islands, seeking inspiration to help her create unique combinations of natural Scottish ingredients for traditional and modern Scottish dishes.

"Went beyond anything we could have expected!"
We came with an open mind, not knowing what to expect. But the holiday really blew us away.
Brian and Jane gave it an incredibly personal touch and we loved that it was such a personal holiday experience. Brian and Jane showed us around and led the activities personally, and we cooked and dined at their home. We got a really good taste of life in Scotland and managed to do things like foraging, which we would never have been able to otherwise. Brian was always overly generous with sharing his stash of Scottish Whiskey, and I dare say I came away with a better appreciation for it!
They also took every little thing we said to heart and were so thoughtful. When Jane heard that my mum loved her marmalade, she specially prepared a jar for us to bring home. Brian also helped us to book train tickets to Edinburgh when we told him that was our next stop.
And of course, the cooking and the food was just incredible. We spent every day over-eating because everything was just so delicious, and we couldn't pass up on any of it. Jane and Brian go the extra mile to help think of alternatives when they know your home country doesn't have the exact ingredients. They even bought us smoking bags when they heard we didn't have smoked haddock back home, so we could smoke it ourselves!
